BCAA's - Branched-Chain Amino Acids

BCAA's (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) iclude three essential amino acids that are required by the body. These amino acids must be consumed in the diet, during regular physical activity and exercise the demand for these amino acids are increased which is where supplements are used.

BCAA supplementation is not an essential part when undertaking physical activity and exercise, but aids some of the following:


  • Reduces DOMS (Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness)
  • Helps build lean muscle mass
  • Help protect muscle mass (Especially when undertaking cardio sessions/activities)
